The City of St. Augustine makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind as to the merchantability, workmanship or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. No refunds - No exchanges. Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Bidders are responsible for payment of 6% Florida Sales Tax. Please contact Jill A. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A: The Colonial Spanish Quarter Museum, where these uniforms were being used, is downsizing and putting most of its interpretive effort towards the later 17th and early 18th century civilian, rather than military,life. (4/24/12 8:44 AM)
