All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidder will be completely responsible for acquiring manpower/equipment for removal of the items from this property, as well as loading and transportation. Under no circumstances will the the USPS assume responsibility for loading or shipping.
