All interested parties must sign in and receive a pass (picture ID required) at the Georgia Ports Authority Administration Building, prior to viewing the items. This equipment will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis. The Georgia Ports Authority does not guarantee quality, quantity, condition, value, or size and no allowance whatsoever will be made for any deficiency or discrepancy that may be found after sale. Bidders should inspect goods and govern his bid with this condition in mind, as no adjustments will be made after sale. All sales are final.

If you are claiming Tax Exempt Status, you must contact the Seller BEFORE YOU PAY online through GovDeals. Once the Seller confirms you are tax exempt, they can adjust the Buyer’s/Seller’s Certificate and Bill of Sale to reflect the amount owed, less sales tax.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
