The City plans to use the Mobile Home Park for another City purpose and the mobile home has to removed from the park, a bidder cannot move into the mobile home at the current park.

Location of mobile home is Mossy Oak Trailer Park at 572 E. College Street, Lot #14 Ozark, AL.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are:

· U.S. Currency

· Certified Check

· Money Order

· Traveler’s Checks

· Company Check ( with Bank letter guaranteeing payment – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: City of Ozark. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate. Bidder forfeits sale of merchandise if payment is not received at the close of 5 (five) business days

Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Ozark assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Please call in advance of arrival to schedule all pick-ups. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
