This Vehicle is a seized vehicle that was used in the City of Alcoa fleet program for approximately 2 years It has been approved for sale at public auction by the State of Tennessee. There will be a 7.5% administrative buyers fee added to the winning bid at the close of the auction. Service records available upon request.

The interior of this vehicle is nice/clean & has third row seating. The exterior has a few dents from hail damage. This vehicle has a key (Please see pictures)

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date in the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check or Money Order. Checks/Money Orders need to be made payable to City of Alcoa, c/o Capt Phillip Dunn, 2020 N. Wright Road, Alcoa, TN 37701. Reference “2004 Chrysler Pacifica, Auction # 215”

Removal

Removal: It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove the vehicle from the impound lot—no matter the operating condition of this vehicle. Vehicles will need to be TOWED from the lot unless winning bidder has a “dealer tag” to place on the vehicle. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements to remove item. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
