There will be a 7.5% administrative buyers fee added to the winning bid at the close of the auction. NOTE; Please inspect items prior to placing a bid because items offered for sale are used and may contain defects. Vehicle is a clean vehicle with third row seating. It has minor hail damage. The tire pressure sensor is not functioning properly. This vehicle has been in the service rotation of the City of Alcoa fleet program. Vehicle is being sold "Where is, As Is"

Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date in the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check or Money Order.  Removal

Removal: It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove the vehicle from the impound lot—no matter the operating condition of this vehicle. Vehicles will need to be TOWED from the lot unless winning bidder has a “dealer tag” to place on the vehicle. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements to remove item. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
