Removal
Property May Be Picked Up By Appointment Only. Please contact Gloria Bunch at 417-469-6256 to schedule an appointment for pick up. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer’s authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate.

Property may be removed between the hours of 6:30 am through 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding legal holidays. During daylight savings time, property may be removed between the hours of 6:30 am through 5:00 pm.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyers Certificate.
