Removal
PLEASE CONTACT techauctions@monroetwp.k12.nj.us or call Jim Paynter at 856-637-7169 TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO MEET WITH US TO INSPECT THE ITEM PRIOR TO PLACING A BID, OR TO SCHEDULE PICKUP OF ITEMS. We’re available to meet with the winner or potential bidder from 8:30am-12pm from Monday-Thursday, excluding legal holidays, school holidays, and breaks. Buyer agrees upon making all arrangements & performing any work necessary, including packing, loading, & transportation of the property once a bid has been placed.

Successful BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL of any & all property awarded to them from where the property is located; as indicated on the website & in the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller WILL NOT package, ship, load, help remove any of the property during pick up under any circumstances. IF A FREIGHT CO. IS HIRED, INFORM THEM OF THIS POLICY AHEAD OF SCHEDULED PICK UP. A daily storage fee of $10 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days of Buyer’s Certificate.

Winning bidders are required to physically come to the site where items are located; items will not be boxed or palletized. Items sold as is/where is.

Guaranty Waiver. All property offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Monroe Township Public Schools, NJ (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied on our district, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property & refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Most items offered for sale are used & may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.
