We’re available to meet with the winner or potential bidder from 8:30am-12pm from Monday-Thursday, excluding legal holidays, school holidays, and breaks. Buyer agrees upon making all arrangements & performing any work necessary, including packing, loading, & transportation of the property once a bid has been placed. Successful BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL of any & all property awarded to them from where the property is located; as indicated on the website & in the Buyer’s Certificate.
