Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory).

Checks or payment shall be made payable to: Shelby County Board of D.D. 1200 S. Childrens Home Road Sidney, OH 45365.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Note: SCBDD employees and equipment are not available to assist in the loading and or shipping of items contained in this auction. All equipment and or manpower needed for loading and or shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
