Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. *American Express is not available for buyers on probation unless otherwise approved. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may only be removed during a scheduled time that has been made to the Buyer prior to pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. To schedule a removal time please call Bonnie Spangler at (609) 465-1035 or email at bspangler@co.cape-may.nj.us. Property may be removed Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and ONLY during designated times. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packaging, loading and transportation of the property. Purchases will be released only with proof of payment from GovDeals. Buyer will be asked to sign a Bill of Sale upon pick up of said property. If Buyer fails to pick up the item(s) by the eleventh (11) business day, the item(s) will be resold and the Buyer will forfeit their payment of the item(s) and their participation in the GovDeals auction site.

Q: bspangler,I would like to ask if this 340-b ford tractor will start up and run for loading onto a trailer for hauling.Also, does this location have any type of loading ramp that could be helpful when loading.Thanks, (9/26/12 10:14 AM) A: Due to length of time the tractor has been sitting, it will not start.
