**TO ARRANGE FOR PICK UP OF THE ITEM(S)**: Please call Terry Baker 573-751-7900 to arrange for pick up of the items. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal, federal and Missouri state holidays.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
