This fence is made of steel and has been finished with paint. It is made up of decorative picket style panels and is approximately 600 feet long and 46 inches tall.

It is most likely to be over 15 years old.

All sales are “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without recourse. The property is offered on an “as is” basis. The LCPA offers no warranties, express or implied, as to the condition of the lot of the property.

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, made payable to: Lee County Port Authority. No personal checks or money will be accepted.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

A: All the panels are 46 inches in height. The length varies, however, most of them are approximately 92.5 inches long. I am not familiar with a "Tag Along Trailer". It will be completely up to the purchaser as to how they want to transport the fencing. (5/3/12 10:09 AM)
