IMPORTANT NOTE: Franklin County will not pack, arrange shipment for, assist in loading or provide equipment for loading any merchandise purchased on the Govdeals website. Items are sold as is, where is.

Payment - Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cashier’s Check Certified Check Money Order Traveler’s Checks Official Check Company Check (with Bank letter guaranteeing payment – mandatory) We DO NOT ACCEPT Cash, Personal Checks, or Credit Card as payment.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
