Q: Why does this auto not run?
(8/13/12 10:59 AM) A: This car has been sitting on our lot for 3 years. Other than the fact that it has been sitting for that long, we do not know what is wrong with it. We recommend that the bidder inspect the vehicle prior to bidding. (8/13/12 11:16 AM) |

Q: Is there a clear title ? (8/13/12 5:54 PM) A: Yes. (8/14/12 12:47 PM) |

Q: Was it running when you acquired it? How was it acquired? Seized? Abandoned? Has the vehicle been jumped started to see if it was a battery issue? (8/15/12 2:13 PM) A: All vehicles listed were seized in running condition. Vehicles have been sitting from one to three years. Tribute would not start with a boost. (8/15/12 2:41 PM) |

Q: Can you please confirm when you seized this car? Actual date would be great. Records from title search don't match up with the car being in your possession for 3 years. (8/21/12 8:52 PM) A: After a vehicle is seized, it remains in our possession until the case is ajudicated with a disposition, so our possession date and the date of title transfer will differ. (8/22/12 9:32 AM) |

Q: Why is this auto being listed again? And why is the auto starting bid what it sold for 2 weeks ago? (9/5/12 9:44 PM) A: The winner of the vehicle failed to contact us within the GovDeals allotted time of 5 days. We started at this price at the recommendation of GovDeals because it sold for more when the first auction ended. (9/6/12 9:22 AM) |

Q: This car is relisted. Why is it being relisted? Did previous buyer not honor because of mechanical issues with car? Also, why is price now set at $2K when it was a few hundred starting out last time? Greedy? (9/5/12 10:04 PM) A: The winner of the vehicle failed to contact us within the GovDeals allotted time of 5 days. We started at this price at the recommendation of GovDeals because it sold for more when the first auction ended. (9/6/12 9:24 AM) |

Q: Can you please identify specifically how long you've had possession of the car? 1-3 years is a huge window of time and very vague for the potential buyers. (9/6/12 10:10 AM) A: This vehicle has been in our possession for 3 years. (9/6/12 10:18 AM) |

|
Q: Why the recent change in minimum bid price from $2K to $500? (9/6/12 11:01 AM) A: The bid price was initially reset at 2K on the recommendation of GovDeals due to the final bid being considerably higher. The bid winner did not honor his bid. The original bid winner never inspected the vehicle as he lived quite a distance away. We decided to re-list the vehicle at the starting bid to re-generate interest and give everyone a fair chance at a good deal. These vehicles are auctioned "as is" and we strongly recommend that they be inspected by the bidder prior to bidding. (9/6/12 11:29 AM) |
