Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description.

AN APPOINTMENT MUST be made to for inspection, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY, 9:00am to 3:00pm, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.

Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency (exact amount, we can not make change), Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds - mandatory), Credit or Debit card (2% fee added to any credit or debit charge). Credit card payments can be taken over the phone.

Checks shall be made payable to: City of Jackson.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. WE DO NOT PACK OR SHIP ITEMS!

Property may be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY excluding legal holidays.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
