Surplus Equipment. Exterior color is blue/black. Interior color is black. Scratches, dents, and rust to exterior. Damage to the interior. Hyundai 1.0l inline 4 cylinder, 3-speed automatic transmission. We know it is not getting spark or a fuel pulse, and we believe the ECM is bad, but not for sure. Decals removed, but impressions remain. Service records are included. This vehicle will not start.
