2002 Hyundai Elantra. Purple in color with Gray Cloth interior and a Sunroof. OEM AM-FM-Cassette Radio (unknown if works) and Air Conditioning (unknown if works. There is a 2.0L / 4 cyl engine, however I could not get the car to run. I have 2 keys and a key fob for this vehicle. This car has Dual airbags, P/W, P/L, P/S, remote mirrors. There is a minor dent on the Passenger side front. There is NO cracked glass.

This vehicle was impounded by the Egg Harbor Township Police Department for various reasons. This vehicle does not have a title. The winning bidder will be given a bill of sale and New Jersey Certificate of Title (not title to vehicle).Please check with your local government to determine requirements for obtaining a title. Not all states allow impounded or abandoned/forfeited vehicles to be registered from an out of state entity. Should you win the bid on the vehicle and cannot register it in your state, the Township of Egg Harbor accepts no liability. Due to being impounded and/or forfeited, operational condition is unknown and NOT guaranteed in any way. Winning bidders need to be able to load equipment on their own. Township of Egg Harbor will not assist.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Egg Harbor Township, NJ (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
