Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must schedule an appointment in order to inspect an item.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Questions and Answers

Q: Just wondering why these are being posted for the 3rd time. Is the reserve still $500? If so, you will never sell them. The smith gym is the only thing of value and those are around $500 new. The bicycle(s) are missing their computers and old treadmills are known to have weak motor control boards and no one wants to deal with moving old volleyball poles. I deal with new and used fitness equipment for a living. I am interested for up to $250. So if your reserve is higher than that and it doesn't sell once again, please consider relisting for that price range. Thank you. (8/16/12 7:25 PM)
