CONFISCATED EQUIPMENT. 1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Base COUPE 2-DR, 3.8L V6 OHV 12V. When I started the vehicle, I did notice a knocking noise. The brakes felt poor. Besides what's seen on video and what I just stated, we know absolutely nothing else about this vehicle.
