Inspection

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 (five) business days from the time and date of the buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: (1) U.S. Currency. (2) Certified Cashiers Check. (3)Bank Wire Transfer. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Lake City. Fl sales tax will be collected at a rate of 7%. A buyer's premiun will be imposed at the rate of 7.5% on the winning bid.

Removal

The buyer will make all arrangments and perform all work necessary including packing,loading and transportation of property. Buyer must come prepared to load with out assistance. Items may be picked up by appointment only between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm Monday thru Thrusday.

Special Instructions

If you fail to make payment within the five (5) business days from the time and date of the buyer's certificate you will be considered in default and will be barred on Govdeals.com. If you fail to remove the item within the time frame allowed ten (10) business days, you will be considered in default and the item will be reclaimed by the City of Lake City and disposed of at our discretion. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
