TWO POSITION CHAIRS Ref# HH063

Description: This is a lot of Thirty-two (32) used “two position chairs” that have a wood frame and padded cloth covered seat and back. The bottom of the chair has a wood runner that is set at an angle which allows the person seated to lean back without putting strain on the chair legs. The chairs are covered in a green cloth except for one that is red with a beige check pattern. Most frames are in good condition; however some of the joints may need to be re-glued with some Elmer’s carpenter glue. The cloth covering varies from poor to good with most being in good condition. Approx measurements of these chairs are: 22"w X 25"d X 32"h with approx seat measurements of 20"w X 18"d X 17"h from floor. HH-063

The property is located at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. Warehouse hours are 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. There are times when pickup is not possible, so please contact Mr. James Anderson at 865-974-5058 to schedule an inspection appointment, for additional information, or pickup schedule.

Payment is required no later than 5 business days after the auction ends. Only CASH (EXACT CHANGE ONLY), UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER, CASHIER’S CHECK OR CERTIFIED CHECK (drawn on a United States of America Bank) WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT!!! NO EXCEPTIONS! All checks or money orders must be made payable to the University of Tennessee, and all property must be removed within five (5) business days after the auction ends. The University of Tennessee does not offer shipping or packing services. Winning bidder is responsible for all labor, materials, and transport needed for removal of the property. Non-compliance with payment and property removal time criteria may result in the bidder being in default, and the University exercising its right to reclaim title, and to relist the item.
