Interior: Gray cloth and vinyl, Drivers seat bottom torn on left side. AM/FM Cassette Radio. AC Condition unknown. Exterior: White, no cracked glass, body has dents scratches, dings; Rust above rear wheel wells, bottom of doors, on rocker panels; dent in front of right rear tire. Decals have been removed, some impressions remain. Fuel injection pump replaced 2/14/12, Head gasket/side cover gasket/isolator replaced 3/18/11, Power steering pump/brake booster replaced 3/8/10. Tire condition good. Removed from service, May 2012.

Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash (U.S. Currency, Correct change only), Certified Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank letter guaranteeing payment – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: Metropolitan Sewerage District of Buncombe County. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Metropolitan Sewerage District of Buncombe County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed by appointment only – with 24 hour notice - between the hours of 8:00a.m.to 11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m. to 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
