1992 John Deere 710C Backhoe. Starts, but is not operable. Maintained every 250 hours. John Deere engine is operable. Automatic transmission with 4,312 hours. Trans case has been welded and it leaks. 4WD. Removed from service 3-30-2012. Maintenance records are available for inspection. Yellow exterior with no cracked glass. Both swing cylinders are broken for Backhoe. 4 Wheels, 2 Axles. Gray Cloth Interior (seat cushions are torn). Dash/Floor are dirty. No A/C.

| On October 10th, 18th and 22nd, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., there will be a mechanic available to attempt to start equipment for interested bidders.

Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Q: Please can you explain what is not operable here? If the engine is operable as said in your decsription, will the backhoe drive? Is it a 4X4? (10/5/12 4:03 AM) A: It is not drivable because the swing cylinders are broke which keep the boom in its place. We have temporary welded the boom in place so it will not move. It is a 4 X 4.
