Q: Is this a SALVAGE TITLE or a REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE? Rebuilt means it's already been inspected by the Ohio Highway Patrol. "SALVAGE TITLE" means that it must be inspected so that it can be made "REBUILT". (9/14/12 1:38 PM) A: Thank you for pointing this out 1FSTCAT. The title to this vehicle is "Rebuilt Salvage", so it has already passed inspection by the Ohio Highway Patrol and is roadworthy. So.... NO INSPECTION is necessary to obtain registration and put this car on the road. (9/14/12 1:55 PM) |
