1995 WhiteGMC Xpeditor WX TILT TANDEM, 10.0L L6 DIESEL, with Heil Full Eject Body. Engine cranks with a boost, transmission in good shape. Engine runs good. No cracks in the windows, front tires are in good shape, rear tires are worn. Paint is faded and rusted some. Seats are worn. All hydraulics work. AM/FM factory radio.

Inspection

Vehicle can be inspected Tuesday or Thursday afternoons between 1:00 and 4:00 by appointment only. You must be accompanied by a Town of Mooresville employee to inspect the vehicle. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated above. Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency; Certified Cashiers Check; Money Order; or Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: Town of Mooresville.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Special Instructions

Under no circumstances will Town of Mooresville assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Tuesday - Thursday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be applied for any items not picked up after 10 business days.
