A modular building formerly used as a pro shop at a golf course.

Modular Building: NO PROPERTY – BUILDING MUST BE MOVED AND RELOCATED AT WINNING BIDDERS EXPENSE

Modular Building: Located at 67 County Road 17, Scottsboro, AL 35768. Building is 32 X 90 in size and approximately 2880 square feet. Building has an attached covered porch that is 12 X 90 in size. Building has 4 rooms, a commercial kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Building has no closet space. Building has 2 Goodman central heating and air units.

Successful bidder shall remove building and all attached structures including HVAC units within 60 days of successful bid. Foundation system for the structure shall be removed and all utility connections shall be either removed or disconnected in an appropriate fashion and in accordance with each utility company requirements.

Inspection

Special instructions: Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Goose Pond Colony (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect or consequential.

Payment

Payment. Payment in full and a signed contract is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals website. Acceptable forms of payment are Certified check, cash or PayPal. Payment and contract must be completed within 5 days of winning bid. Buyer is responsible for any fees owed to GovDeals. Buyer is responsible for obtaining any and all permits that may be required. Copies must be furnished to Goose Pond Colony before removal can begin.

Removal

Removal. All items must be removed within 60 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidder is also responsible for removal and disposal of any and all attached porches and HVAC units. Successful bidder will be responsible for site clean up including disposal of trash, debris, etc. Successful bidder will also be responsible for obtaining their own dumpster for debris and trash if needed. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 60 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

(2) do you have name or phone # of local real estate agent regarding Lots near this golf course ? (3) The size is listed in two places and in two different sizes. Is it 32 x 80 or 32 x 90 ? A: Not sure what type of permits are required, you will need to check with your moving company. The Greater Jackson County Chamber of commerce has a link on the web site that has a list of Real Estate agents in this area. The size of the Building is a 32X80 the attached porch is the 12 x 90 lenth. (7/5/12 1:08 PM)
