This Unit 23, one of two(2) 2004 John Deere 1445 commercial mower units the airport is selling. The units being sold were used last year until they were replaced with new units. They are in good working order. The deck on the unit is 72". The decks were rebuilt last year, but may need some additional maintenance. The tires are foam filled and some need replaced. The mowers have heater units but no air conditioning. There are some normal dings and scratches from years of mowing operations. This unit has a broken mirror. Items can be inspected at the airport during the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: Chicago Executive Airport.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Q: In one part of the listing it says John Deere 1994 1445 Mower and then in the description it says 2004 John Deere 1445. which is correct? We are assuming the 2004 is correct???? (3/23/13 1:44 AM)
