Vehicle comes with a clean title and bill of sale. Buyers who pay by Tuesday August 28 at 3pm will receive title and bill of sale on pick up day. Late payments may result in title delay until the following week. There is no lien on this vehicle. Buyer will receive clean title, but buyer is responsible for running a VIN history check to make sure there is no past history of salvage declaration. See Pickup section below.

Inspection

All bidders are encouraged to come to viewing day. Viewing will take place Tuesday August 21 from 8am to 2pm Bring photo ID.

Payment

Payment is due Tuesday August 28 at 3pm.
DMV will not process your title until your vehicle is paid, so seller recommends paying immediately after auction close.

Removal

Buyer must TOW AWAY vehicle ON Thursday August 29 or Friday August 30 ONLY. 8am-3pm each day.

Titles will be available for all buyers who pay by the Tuesday August 27 3pm payment deadline. For buyers who do not pay on time, buyer must still pick up vehicle on time. Seller will send title certified mail or buyer can come pick title up the following week. No appointment is required to pick up, but you must come on Thursday Aug 29 or Friday Aug 30 ONLY.

If sending a transporter, they will need to bring: 1. Copy of your buyer certificate. 2. A copy of buyer's driver license. 3. A signed note authorizing transporter to pick up on buyer's behalf.

No early pickups. LATE PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE THIS TIME. Hire a truck to tow it out on the designated dates.
