Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them. City of Deltona shall not provide equipment, nor labor in loading and removing of property. Pickup shall be by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for all loading of bought goods. Seller will not supply equipment, nor the personnel to load or upload property.
