1992 Cadillac Deville Sedan SEDAN 4-DR, 4.9L V8 OHV 16V.

** THIS IS A DRUG SEIZURE ** ** OPERATING CONDITION IS UNKNOWN **

This vehicle is in such surprisingly good condition that you won't believe its a 1992 model.

The exterior is a nice metallic gray color and the paint is in perfect condition. You would have to look very closely to even find a small surface scratch. The interior is maroon leather and it is also in great condition. There are signs of wear on the drivers seat and a tear in the drivers door arm rest but the remainder of the interior is in great shape.

This vehicle has an automatic transmission. The odometer shows 170,332 miles. The vehicle also has after market "BIGG" wheels.

I have attempted to show the accurate condition but it is recommended that you inspect the vehicle prior to placing a bid (Please see inspection instructions below).

**THIS ITEM IS A DRUG SEIZURE** The operating condition is unknown. There may be defects that are unknown to the seller. The odometer reading may not be the actual mileage. It is recommended that you inspect all items PRIOR to placing a bid. Property is being offered "As Is/Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Vehicles may be inspected BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (Tuesday - Thursday 10am-3pm Eastern Time) These are the only times available for inspections. Payment

Payment on full must be made no later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: US Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, and Company Checks (with bank letter guaranteeing funds - MANDATORY). Checks should be made payable to 1st Judicial District Drug Task Force. Removal

VEHICLES WILL BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! Appointments will be scheduled for Tuesday - Thursday 10am-3pm eastern time. Buyers arriving without an appointment will be turned away and may be unable to complete the transaction. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date on the Buyers Certificate. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the allowed 10 business days. Vehicles must be towed from the storage location unless a temporary operation permit or dealer license plate is applied to the vehicle. **PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY** ** ONCE THE PROPERTY IS REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION - ALL SALES ARE FINAL**

**THIS IS A DRUG SEIZURE** No Titles are available. A State of Tennessee Court Order and a Bill of Sale are the only documentation that will be provided. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check with their local county to ensure this documentation will be sufficient for titling and registration purposes, in their state of residence.

Q: Do you have keys? Will it start? Can it be driven off or need to be towed? (7/30/12 7:54 PM)
A: Yes I do have the keys and they will be given to the buyer. The vehicle was being driven at the time it was seized. Approx 2 months ago, I did boost it and move it to a different location and it started and ran fine. It has been parked since that time though - so the battery is currently dead. I would imagine it would run with a boost or a new battery but I can't be 100% positive about the current operating condition. You are welcome to schedule an appointment to inspect the vehicle. Also, please see the "Removal Instructions" of this auction. Unless you have a temporary operators permit or a dealer license plate, we are not legally allowed to let the vehicle be driven from the storage location, it would have to be towed from our lot.
