2008 Case 580M Loader Backhoe

Backhoe is equipped with auxiliary hydraulics and is an Extendahoe.

Backhoe has been turned on its side. Our Case dealer inspected it and stated that the cab needs removed or replaced and that the injection pump needs replaced.

Backhoe does start run and operate at this time.

Inspection

Bidders may, and are encouraged to, inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must contact the Fleet Manager to inspect. Please contact Steve Hedger at (859) 292-2286 in the office.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 10 business days from the time and date of sale. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: the City of Covington. Payments shall be made at the Department of Public Improvements, 4399 Boron Drive, Covington, Ky. 41015. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date bid winner is determined. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed.

Removal

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the Department of Public Improvements lot at 4399 Boron Drive, Covington, KY. 41015. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Covington assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. And 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
