This lot includes two different audio visual carts. The descriptions of each item are as follows:

A/V Cart with No Accessories (Qty. 1): This cart is made by Apollo and composed of steel. It has wheels and is cream in color. It is broken up into 3 sections or shelves in which two of them are adjustable. The cart also has 3 outlets and an extension cord. The measurements for the cart are as follows: overall - 29" high (sides), 24" high (center), 20" deep, 39" wide w/ sides out. Sides 11" x 20", Center 17" x 20". The cart appears to be in good condition.

A/V Cart with Fluorescent Lamp (Qty. 1): This cart is made by Luxor; composed of plastic and it has wheels. The measurements for the cart are 35" wide x 26" high x 24" deep. There is a metal lamp with a flexible lamp attached to the cart. The cart appears to be in fair condition.

Inspection

Please contact Peter Tomaselli to schedule an inspection. Please do not arrive at the asset location unannounced because you will be turned away. The item is at a secure location; and the proper arrangements must be made before one can inspect the item.

Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. *American Express is not available for buyers on probation. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, Wire Transfer must be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

Removal

MUST COME TO 100 NORTH PITT STREET-SUITE 301 FOR PAPERWORK PRIOR TO PICKING UP AWARD.
PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! All property must be removed from this asset location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation. This also includes any arrangements made with a third party to pick up the merchandise. Use of any third party shipper is at the Buyer’s own risk. Mr. Tomaselli must first approve any third party pick-ups, because there are special instructions that must be completed before release of any vehicle or asset. Merchandise may be removed from the Impound Lot between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Mr. Tomaselli must give authorization before pick up of any vehicle. For additional information, please email Mr. Tomaselli. Buyer must make an appointment with Mr. Tomaselli prior to receipt of Bill of Sale during the hours of 9 a.m. - Noon and 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. Appointments on Friday’s are between 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., excluding legal holidays. Buyers arriving without making an appointment may be turned away. Without an appointment, Buyers may be unable to complete this transaction.

Special Instructions

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED- The name of the GOVDEALS account holder may not be changed on the Bill of Sale upon picking up the Bill of Sale from the City.
