Property may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Bidders are invited and urged to inspect the property before submitting their bid.

Removal:

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The University can furnish no loading service of any kind. Bidder shall assume responsibility for packaging, crating, loading, or hauling unless otherwise indicated. Successful bidders (Buyer) are responsible for all arrangements and shall perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Buyers Certificate. The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. A: Unknown. The G5 was surplused to the PC Shop without a hard drive installed. We wipe all surplused hd's before installation into computers we post on auction. (9/13/12 7:34 AM)
