Black single axle utility trailer. It has a metal grate bed. There is some rust in the bed and on rails. The rear gate is also a set of ramps. It has a 2" ball. Unknown condition of trailer lights. This is unclaimed property and sold with an affadavit of sale. No title will be provided. Estimated model year 2003.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

T.C.A. 8-8-206: Purchase at own sale prohibited, No sheriff or deputy sheriff shall become the purchaser, either directly or indirectly, of any property by such sheriff or deputy exposed to sale under any process of law, and every such purchase shall be absolutely void.

This T.C.A. is applicable to all employees of the Wilson County Sheriff's Department for any sale from the same.
