Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. See Terms and Conditions for additional payment instructions.

Removal

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

INSPECTION: Item offered is used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding and must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.

PAYMENT: Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency; Certified Cashier's Check; Money Order; or Company Check with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds (mandatory).
All assets must be paid for at City Hall, 405 N Main St, Springfield TN 37172. Asset locations may vary by department.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 20 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:30 am. And 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Central Time, excluding holidays.

A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 20 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

SALES TAX:Sales tax percentage is 9.75%. This applies to tangible personal property, not vehicle sales. This is 7% state tax and 2.75% local option. The local option caps at $1,600.00 on a single article. Then there is another state tax at 2.75% on the amount of a single article from $1,600.00 to $3,200.00. Please consult with seller for exact amount of tax.

TAX EXEMPTION: Tax exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close. Contact immediately for further information.
