Payment shall be Cash (for items $50.00 and under only), Cashiers Check or Money Order. HOUSTON COUNTY WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR ANY ITEMS THAT SELL FOR OVER $50.00. IF PAYING WITH CASH YOU NEED TO HAVE CORRECT CHANGE. THE WINNING BIDDER MUST BRING THE BUYER'S CERTIFICATE WITH THEM TO PICK-UP ITEM(S).

Removal

THE BUYER MUST SCHEDULE A PICK-UP DATE! The item/items may be picked-up between the hours of 6:45am to 11:15am and 12:45pm to 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday, excluding legal holidays. HOUSTON COUNTY WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. No warranty applies to this auction. The item/items are as is, where is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pick-up and pay for the item/items within 14 days of closing. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the item/items. Pay and pick-up item/items at the Houston County Road & Bridge Office located at 2400 Columbia Highway, Dothan, Alabama 36303. A daily storage fee of $10.00 WILL be charged for any item not removed within 14 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
