You are bidding on one lot of 32 light fixtures. Due to renovations at our office, we no longer can use them. These will be sold in one lot. You are bidding on all lights in all the pictures attached. They have been used but are in good condition. The lot contains the following: Thirty (30) 4' Flourescent Fixtures (not all bulbs are included); Two (2) 8' Flourescent Fixtures (not all bulbs are included);

Inspection

Inspection: Available for inspection M-F, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: Northwestern Water & Sewer District

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate or be subject to a daily storage fee of $20.00 per day until the item is removed. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Monday-Friday.
