Q: If car only needs a fuel pump then why don't you repair this so you can state that the car runs and drives well ? (8/27/12 9:14 PM) A: It was a decision made by the department that pays for the cost of repairs for this vehicle, tbey didn't want to put any money into repairing the unit since it has been replaced already to do lifecycle analysis.
