We are selling a 1972 Klassic RV camper tandem axle trailer. The trailer was used as a mobile remote worksite for a University. The unit has been sitting, unused for an extended period of time. The left side siding is much damaged due to a wind storm a number of years ago. Approximately half of the siding was ripped off from the left rear corner to under the window. Due to this the wooden pieces beneath this are showing signs of rot and there is water damage to the interior of the trailer as well. The taillights have been removed and the rear access panel for the plumbing is held in place with duct tape. Three of the tires are currently holding air while one is flat and needs to be repaired/replaced. The unit is also equipped with liquid propane tank brackets mounted on the tongue of the trailer, but no tanks. The interior of the trailer has water damage along the left side corresponding to the damaged siding as well as water damage in the bathroom area along the ceiling and shower wall. The upholstery is worn and thread bare and the floor at the door is soft indicating some presence of rot/damage, with a large plank of plywood covering the linoleum. The unit is equipped with a General Electric RV refrigerator and a Premier RV range, both untested. The door keys are not present. This unit does not have a title. This trailer is located at an offsite location. Appointments must be made in advance to inspect this unit. Note: Please inspect items prior to placing a bid.
