Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold "as-is, where-is". Bidders may inspect the property (by appointment) prior to bidding by contacting Steve Beer at (920) 322-3837 or sbeer@fdl.wi.gov.

Once the item has been removed from the Seller's location, all sales are final.

Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. *American Express is not available for buyers on probation unless otherwise approved. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, Wire Transfer must be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

Due in full no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals web site. Buyer must log into individual account and select "My Bids". Follow instructions to complete payment. See Special Instructions below if you are a tax exempt buyer.

Removal

uShip: You are responsible for rigging, loading, securing and transporting purchased property, including all costs and risks associated with removal. GovDeals offers a shipping solution through the uShip feature, as a courtesy to its buyers; however, GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from your use of the uShip feature. Please note that unless specifically advertised otherwise in the lot description, GovDeals and Seller will not package items prior to shipment. Buyers need to make arrangements for packing of purchased items.

All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

A: We can be flexible on the time frame for picking up, however we would like the items gone as soon as possible. We would be willing to give you 15 days. (8/7/12 8:29 AM)
