Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable form of payment are U. C. Currency (must have correct change), Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds - mandatory).

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

**PROOF OF INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL VEHICLE SALES. ALSO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GET A TRANSIT PERMIT FROM THE HENDERSON COUNTY TAX OFFICE. THE PERMIT COST $5.00 AND IS GOOD FOR OME TRIP FROM OUR LOCATION TO YOUR LOCAL TAX OFFICE. NO VEHICLE WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT THESE 2 ITEMS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN DEFAULT OF AWARD AND NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED.

A: All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of state of residence. The taxes for any items are sales tax and have no bearing on registration tax. (8/17/12 9:11 AM)

A: In the description of this vehicle it states that it is seized vehicle as such there is no title that is being held by Henderson County. I have included in the attachments a copy of the court order giving Henderson County the authorization to dispose of the vehicle in question. (8/17/12 9:14 AM)

A: This vehicle was subjected to seizure by Henderson County and a court order was issued for the disposal of the item, to the best of our knowledge the a/c is working, but no guarantees.
