Payment

Removal

Buyer must TOW AWAY vehicle ON Thursday June 28 or Friday June 29 ONLY. 8am-3pm each day. No appointment required, but you must come on those 2 days only.

If sending a transporter, they will need to bring: 1. Copy of your buyer certificate. 2. A copy of buyer's driver license. 3. A signed note authorizing transporter to pick up on buyer's behalf.

No early pickups. Late pickup is possible until 7/5/12, but will be subject to $20/day/vehicle late fees payable at downtown DMV. We do not recommend late pickups. Hire a truck to tow it out on the designated dates.

Q: see you are back from vacation does it look like anything was ripped out of inside does it by some slim chance have a oil sticker in the window that may say the miles it had about 50 k in 2006 from vin report (6/16/12 3:46 AM)
A: Doors are locked. I don't remember seeing an oil change sticker. Call Tuesday morning between 8am and 10am and I should be able to check the vehicle windshield for you to see if there is a sticker I can read from the outside. (6/18/12 10:58 AM)

A: Photos of the interior, under hood, and better photos of the exterior have just been added. Doors are locked and will not open--even from the inside. Passenger side window is broken out. Interior has mud/dirt on dash and front seats. (6/19/12 8:52 AM)

A: Photos of interior added. Photos added of under hood. Improved exterior photos added. Vehicle exterior has only a couple minor concerns shown in the photos. Passenger window is broken out. Interior front seats and dash have dried mud on them. Doors will not open even from inside due to the way BMW locks work. (6/19/12 8:58 AM)

Q: It appears that the car's front end could have been submerged in a ditch or water due to the condition of the interior. Do you have any information on how the interior became muddy and mouldy? (6/19/12 9:43 AM)
A: This is an abandoned vehicle -- previous owner violated parking or registration laws and had their vehicle towed. After a month unclaimed by the original owner, the city has seized the vehicle, and is selling it at public auction. The specifics of any particular vehicle are not available. (6/19/12 4:39 PM)
