1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass black and tan in color. V8, passenger side door panel not attached,driver's side door is broken.

Car is being sold as is condition, no car fax report provided, Alabama title furnished. Running condition unknown, vehicle has been in impound lot for approximately 5 yrs with no maintenance provided. If you are the winning bidder a wrecker will be needed to remove the vehicle from impound lot.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
