This commercial grade movable, stackable folding chair storage cart came out of service at the Von Braun Center. Storage cart holds (50) heavy-duty Krueger folding chairs. Entire unit measures 124”L x 39”W x 52”H – 6” ground clearance. This dolly when full moves and steers well. Fifty Krueger chairs weighed approximately 1,100 lbs. One end wheel set is swivel, one set is fixed. The unit is sturdy, commercial steel with rails for side-by-side stacking. (See photos – CART ONLY is being SOLD, photos are being used in multiple auctions-buyers choice upon payment & pick-up) Item is SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. Inspection

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Checks, or Money Orders. If payment is not received within 5 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and repost the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. If the item is not removed within 10 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and repost the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals.
