Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash (U.S. currency); Certified Check (Non-cancelable, with Letter of Certified Funds from bank); Money Order; Traveler's Checks; Company Check (with Bank letter guaranteeing payment - mandatory). Sorry no personal checks accepted.

Checks shall be made payable to: County of Ottawa.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Q: Were units working when taken out of service? (8/15/12 4:21 AM)
A: After calling OCTA here is what I found out. He said some of the bulbs were burned out and that they have been out of services for 8 or 9 months now.
