Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check or Money Orders. Checks should be made payable to the City of Springboro. All payments shall be made to the Finance Department, City of Springboro, 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro, Ohio 45066.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer shall make arrangements with Beth Eaton at 1-937-748-4351 between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm weekdays, 48 hours prior to removal of the items. A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 days allowed and stated in the Buyer's Certificate.
