THIS CLASSROOM TRAILER IS APPROXIMATELY 864SF. THE EXTERIOR HAS DENTS, DINGS, HOLES, BROKEN WINDOWS, AND RUST. THE INTERIOR IS EQUIPPED WITH A RESTROOM BUT THE FIXTURES HAVE BEEN BROKEN. THE INTERIOR HAS HOLES IN THE WALL AND GRAFITI. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY FURNITURE OR FIXTURES PICTURED PRIOR TO PICK-UP, HOWEVER ANY FURNITURE REMAINING IN THE TRAILER AT TIME OF REMOVAL BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF THE WINNING BIDDER.

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order made payable to: Watauga County. Payments being mailed are to be sent to: 814 West King St., Room 216, Boone NC 28607.

Removal

Removal is by appointment only and only during normal business hours. Please contact Tammy Adams via e-mail at watauga.finance@watgov.org to schedule removal. Watauga County cannot provide assistance in packing or loading. Come prepared with the proper personnel and equipment to load these items into your vehicle as no assistance will be provided.

Any item not paid for or removed as specified in these instructions will result in the item being re-listed and the buyer reported as a non-paying bidder.
