Engine condition: Runs, Vehicle maintained every 4,000 miles, removed from service 06/2012, Automatic Transmission needs repair, 2W-drive. Exterior: Color gray, with minor dents,scratches,dings, low tire condition with 3 hubcaps, (1) headrest missing, decals removed but impressions remain, emergency equipment removed with 3 visible holes. Interior: Blue cloth seats with minor wear and tear and hole in left seat, dual airbags, AM/FM, AC in unknown condition, Tilt steering, cruise control, remote mirrors, power windows, door locks, steering, and seats, driver side window - needs work.

Inspection date is Wednesday, August 1, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
