You are bidding on a P & H #H312 Trackhoe with 36" bucket, 28' reach boom, new battery, no hour meter, year is unknown. This unit runs and operates. It is not a government item, history is unknown. Inspection is encouraged.

****This item is located at a remote location in Gaffney, SC. No shipping options are available, PICK UPS ONLY. All items must be paid for prior to pick up. Appointments must be scheduled for inspections and pick up.****

Payment

**Payment: There will be a 7.5% administrative fee added on to the total auction.** CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT TO GET YOUR TOTAL. Payment in full is due within 5 business days from date of the Buyer's Certificate. You must send payment to BMG Inc, PO Box 309, Holly Hill, SC 29059 prior to pick up. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. IF A BIDDER HAS NOT PAID BY DAY 6 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION, THEY WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. Acceptable forms of payment are: US Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds- mandatory). Removal

**Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY 11 AFTER THE END OF AUCTION THEY WILL INCUR A $10.00 PER LOT, PER DAY FEE. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP AN AUCTION BY DAY 30 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN THE BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS. NO EXCEPTION. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the the property. We do offer free forklift assistance. Property may ONLY be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday 9am to 12pm, excluding legal holidays.

A: I found something on the internet that shows 35,500 lbs but I can not find dimensions and to be honest I am not even sure it is right. I guess the best thing to do is ask a p & h dealer. Sorry I could not be more help. There is no tag on it with that info. (9/13/12 8:31 AM)
