Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to Sylvania City Schools; and mailed or brought to 4747 N. Holland Sylvania Road; Sylvania, OH 43560

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed from 7400 Cougar Lane, Sylvania, Ohio 43560 within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 1:00p.m., Monday-Wednesday, Friday and 9:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. Thursday, excluding legal holidays.
